What is The Moving Program of Life? No matter who you are, you are born with certain
tendencies. These tendencies come from your pre-birth energy as a
consequence of what came before. From the moment you are born everything
travels along the path that was set under the influence and control of
the universal energy. It is like a computer code that, once activated,
determines the course of your life. If you could read the code, you
would be able to see where your path is leading – all the curves and
bumps and treacherous stretches ahead. When you change the Moving Program, you change your
destiny, and every phenomenon, now or in the future, will also move in a
positive direction. Those treacherous stretches become less difficult.
Small bumps in the road may vanish entirely. After the five elements
energy of the moving program of life is transformed, it become like a
car driving straight on a flat road; the heart does the steering and
carries the body, heading a bright future for your life. Who should attend: Anyone with a serious
illness, people who want to improve their karma, and students who want

Pi means - no and Gu means - grains. This practice is
much more then no-grain diet. This is a special meditation that involve
different levels of fasting. It is completely natural and very
individual. During this process we suppress the functions of our stomach
and activate other systems to nourish the body. Loosing weight is

There are six progressive levels of Emei Qigong
